We created Steakhouse Rub to encompass the grandeur of famous Austin steakhouses and highlight the great flavor found in affordable beef cuts. Since everything is bigger in Texas, we wanted to ensure this rub had a big taste that would match the mystique. Austin Steakhouse Rub leads with salt and onion. Garlic comes in after that, followed by peppery herbaceousness. It finishes with touches of heat and fruit from the different chile flakes.
Ingredients: Salt, black pepper, garlic, onion, oregano, red pepper.
