The flavor is a bit sweet with hints of citrus and anise. We use Grilled Seafood seasoning on Salmon, Tilapia. Shrimp Cod and Mahi Mahi. Bring seafood to room temperature before grilling. Place on the kitchen counter seasoned, for about twenty minutes while the grill is heating up.
Ingredients: brown sugar, orange zest, black pepper, sea salt, coriander, anise, cumin and fennel.
