Deep South Rub
Our Deep South BBQ Rub has a bit of a sweet taste to it in addition to the subtle heat. Blended from memories of growing up in the deep South where cooking is different from other BBQ recipes. There the dishes are usually well-seasoned and yield lots of flavor. In the South barbecue is for the most part is pork. That can mean pork ribs or chopped or sliced pork, However we also love this rub on chicken.
Ingredients: Sea salt, sugar, brown sugar, cumin, chili powder, coarse black pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika.
